Anyone who signs up to your CHMBR app. If they create an account, they’re a member. Inactive accounts don’t count against your limit once removed.
Yes. If your member count drops below your current tier’s limit, you can switch to a lower plan. The change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
No. Monthly billing, cancel any time. Your CHMBR stays live until the end of the paid period.
Your CHMBR reverts to the free tier. New sign-ups are paused until you’re back within limits. Existing members keep access.
